Overview of the position:
Provide on-site customer technical support on company products. Provide assistance in resolving issues, user training, and technical advice.
Duties:
• Act as technical liaison: Collect customer feedback, inspect, analyze problems, provide failure analysis, communicate with engineering team in Japan for ideas in resolving issues, and provide information to customer
• Provide technical consultation in creating new product development as per customer request
• Provide product demonstration; user training in product operation and maintenance
